A definite buy for anyone looking for a new headset

This is a great bluetooth headset for both someone who uses them regularly or a first-time buyer. Simple set-up and pairing gets you going right away and the decent battery combined with the dock and it's own battery keep you going for the long term. If you're a music lover, not just a talker, this is still a pretty good unit. However I've noticed that on occasion the sound can suffer. But this is for music only, doesn't apply to voice quality and is a minor complaint at that. Speaking of voice quality, some other units I've used have lost quality the lower the battery gets. The HM7000, thankfully does not suffer from this problem.
Overall, I'me very happy with the unit and would suggest it to anyone.
Pros: Lightweight, good battery life, excellent voice quality, comfortable
Cons: occasionally music quality suffers
I would recommend this to a friend!

Excellent sound quality so far and the charging case is a great feature as my headsets seem to meet their end without a good case.
I haven't worn the headset yet for an extended period of time, but using the small ear cover, it fits nicely and doesn't seem like it will be uncomfortable even with extended use. All in all, very happy with this headset.
Pros: charging case, good sound quality, good fit
Cons: none so far
I would recommend this to a friend!

Works pretty well but clip will break

Worked well when i could get it to stay on my ear. If you have one, I guarantee the ear-clip will break (most seem to after a few weeks). There has cropped up a tiny industry dedicated to selling replacements for them. Hopefully, they work as well...
Pros: Realistic color
Cons: Poor quality
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I will have to admit, this is a great quality phone only blue tooth, but I am quite disappointed with the android capability.
I have even been told that there is an echo. :(
I have searched up and down all over the internet, this headset was released Fall '2011. I am surprised based on the fact that I have a high quality Samsung phone that this BT headset doesn't life up to the quality.
Pros: Lightweight
Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It's pretty but for the price it should have multipoint feature it would be nice to connect to at least 2 devices, I should have read the box I could of gotten the less expensive one that can multi connect

Purchased top of the line headset and lower price economy model....both for the multipoint capability. One for work and personal use. No instructions on how to activate. I would think it would be activated by default. It is the same instructions for turning on "Voice Prompts" Will be returning both ASAP. Disappointed, from a company that sells excellent mobile phones

This is a great product, however, samsung have limited the products ability by not releasing an app for IPhone. I believe the headset will work way better had it have an Iphone app.
Pros: Durable, Lightweight
Cons: no iphone app
