I bought this for my wife as the food would stick to our old one. it had hot spots. What a refreshing way to make breakfast now! No stick, and easy, beyond easy clean-up with the removable tray! No hotspots either!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Not worth the money

I bought this griddle a month ago and have used it several times. I thought it would be great since you can remove the griddle top to wash it, but in fact it takes a very long time to heat up. There is no way to really tell when it is preheated as the light (which comes on as soon as it is connected to power whether the switch is turned on or not) stays on as long as it is plugged in. I have had better luck in the past with cheaper models.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Cook top lasts less than a year

I purchased 2 of these now. The top lasts less than a year before loosing its non stick ability. Only ever used it for pancakes.. never put in dishwasher. Now I have to oil it-- and for some reason it has become sticky to the touch.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Easy and priced right to order online. 2nd griddle if this model we purchased as the 1st was retired after several years of service. Really enjoy the removable surface for cleaning. Good size, simple design, easy to use.

Don't buy - not even hot enough to cook pancakes

I was very excited to take this out of the package and make breakfast. We tried pancakes, and even when we cranked it up the highest possible heat, it was not hot enough to brown (never mind cook through) our breakfast. After 20 minutes of cooking on one side, the pancake turned slightly darker than pale. At this rate, it would take about 4 hours to make pancakes for a family, and they probably still would be raw dough in the middle.
