Second tablet, vast improvement over my first.

My husband bought me a Pandigital Supernova for Christmas, and after "bricking" it I got the Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 7.0. What a difference! Although the screen is a bit smaller, the quality is a huge improvement. The screen and controls are very responsive, the color and graphics quality are wonderful, and it does everything I want it to do without a lot of fuss, along with a few things I didn't know I'd use. I was ridiculously tickled by an app that came with the tablet which turns on and controls my television and satellite box, for example. My only complaint is one noted by a few other people; the wi-fi connection isn't always as strong as I think it should be. Areas where my phone and my old tablet would connect easily, the Galaxy Tab does not. No apps designed to boost the signal have worked. If not for this, I'd have given it 5 stars easily. It's a beautifully made product.

Cons: weak wi-fi

I purchased this for mainly reading and studying. But all of the other features are amazing. I'm learning something new about this product almost every time I play around with it. It works awesome with connecting with my other samsung products in the house. This is a really fun and great product and definitely recommend it over other tablets. The ability to add external memory is great and very helpful.
Pros: Bright display, Inexpensive, Lightweight
Cons: certain apps that can't delete off of system

Love This Tablet

It took a long time to make for me to make a tablet decision. I am extremely satisfied I went with the Galaxy Tab 2. It is perfect compliment to my Galaxy S III

The purchase was a gift. Had I known about this I would have steered them clear because of the known lack of support, lack of upgrades and the inability to place apps on the SD card. If I were to purchase for myself this would not have been my first choice.

SD Card and 2 cameras!

We love the Galaxy 2 because it has the option of the SD card. We are able to easily transfer things from our laptop and PC. Great for music and movies.
Also loved the 2 cameras, not just face to face but this works for taking GREAT pictures and videos.

Only con is we wish we could have gone with 16 GB as Apps cannot be transferred to Micro SD card. If you will be using a lot of LARGE apps go for the 16 GB.

I cannot think of any major cons(just that it has GPS that you cannot use without wi-fi), awesome battery life(power saver and auto light that your tablet automatically adjust to due to lighting, peel (the remote app) its fun to just freak people out. nice smooth touch screen,with 720p, really loud speakers. No need for rooting it already does what you want out of the box. I have never been this satisfied with a product, does what it claims and MUCH MORE!
