Perfect for everyday use

The dual core processor really makes this tablet smooth. Great for gaming, entertainment, ebook reading, web browsing. I love the remote control feature. I wasn't able to get any of my home remotes to work on my new HD TV, but the IR features of the tablet and the Peel software found the codes right away, including my cable box. Very cool. And the best feature is that it comes with ICS 4.03 right out of the box. The screen is bright and clear, pictures really stand out. And the included software, I actually want to use. No bloatware. Speakers sound loud and clear. It doesn't have a built in HDMI, but with the dock, connecting to my tv is no problem.

Switched from Kindle Fire to Tab 2 and wouldn't go back. The reason I rated the device design at 4 Stars instead of 5 is the location and type of charge cable. Good for lanscape mode but not for portrait as it is then on the bottom. The fact that it is a proprietary connection rather than USB is disappointing. Other than that, this is an amazing, feature packed tablet for the price.

Cons: proprietary charge/data cable

Portability and ease of use

Think its a nice product. After its initial charge used it for 10 hrs before needed to be charged again. I was impressed. Very clear screen, movies and photos crystal clear. Was disappointed it didn't support Hulu Plus, however have Netflix, Crackle, CW and Flister.
Nice design, easy to carry around since not bulky. Should have included a usb port, however with adapter its works.
Biggest con is not being able to save directly to external sd card or move any apps to sd card. On Samsung Charge phone you are able to do both.

This a great device just the right size not to big and not to small! Positive on this is that it is preloaded with the Ice cream sandwich which everyone one is wanting! Easy to use, small, light, screen colors are ok. Camera needs a little upgrade in megapixels but all in all this is must get product for anyone!!!

Great Tablet

I got this tablet for my husband as a pre father's day gift. I couldn't wait to give it to him so he got it early. He loves it. I had another tablet and was happy with it until I saw the functions and features of the Galaxy2. I was able to return my other tablet and now have a Galaxy2 for myself. I love the camera feature and the expandable memory. Being able to put movies on the tablet was a HUGE plus. I purchased a seperate program to convert my DVD library so I can add movies to a micro SD card. This is the best mini computer. I looked at the 10" and it just felt too big, I love the 7". I highly recommend this to everyone.

Best Tablet So Far!

My Galaxy Tab2 is so far the best of 3 tablets I own. For the price you cannot beat it if you are looking for a mobile device that you can easily travel with to get your email, internet, and be entertained with. Android 4.0 is a winner and the Galaxy Tab2 is one of the first to market with the right product. My only issue so far is the signal strength of the wi-fi antenna. Have to be within 15-20 feet of the wireless service if you want to stream video or music. Not a major problem, but be aware. Anyway go get one, cause the rest of the story is great!!!
