Good Value but needs adobe flash

This is the only reason it doesn't have 5 stars. Adobe is missing, won't install.
Also one of the suggested apps that are supposed to be guaranteed compatible with my device won't install either, Says device not compatible. I was looking forward to that recipe site app too.

Good product, bad software update force Jellybean.

Overall I like my galaxy tab 2 7.0 wi-fi. It is an affordable and fun option for accessing the Internet and apps. But I am not happy about the fact that the 'update' to Jellybean from Ice cream sandwich is being forced upon everyone. Several good features are gone after the update like a screen shot button on the menu bar, and changes to the layout of screens and home screen apps. Also if you are used to a large easy to see notification bar at the bottom of the screen, I.e. the clock..., you will be disappointed to find it changed to a TINY bar at the top, that is almost too small to be worth having it there. But if you don't care about those features, or you are buying the tablet with jellybean already on it you wont miss them. Enjoy your tablet.

Cons: system updates change too much

We bought this for my son after a bad experience with a cheap tablet. He absolutely loves it and keeps him entertained for hours.

I am a former cellular sales person. While working in that position, I always recommended the Samsung cellular products first!! Because of the ease of use for all walks of life from the novice user, the elderly to the techie! The cellphone and the tablet are well made, and can take a "licking and keep on ticking"! LOL! But it is true!

It's good, but...

I love this tablet, it's excellent! The overall rate would of been 5 stars, but the charger broke very easily. It's a cheap little charger, i think i would be a lot better with a universal dock charger, which is available on here, Samsung. But i just ordered one off amazon. Besides the charger, very nice tablet. The Pros and Cons we're listed as well.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Inexpensive, Durable, Realistic color, Lightweight, fastness, touch response time, new dropbox promotion free 50gb online storage..., ...when you sign up., loud speakers
Cons: Not high def, the charger could of been a microusb charger..., new update included making tablet slow., only up to 32gb when you insert a sd card.

I have 3 type of Android items that I use including this Samsung Tab 2. I mainly use it for personal uses and do find the ease of use spectacular but, and there is always a "but", when it comes to video and networking sharing, it is somewhat complicated. But all in all, I would recommend it to someone.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Inexpensive, Realistic color, excellent pda, screen rotation is fast
Cons: Did not meet expectations, pwr and vol buttons in the way, close to hot spot for wifi connection
