Incorrect Picture

The Tablet in the picture is not correct ... Never again will the Samsung Galaxy Tab Screen look that nice or uncluttered. Now it is cluttered and your widgets take the space they do on a phone .... Because now with Jelly Bean the Samsung Galaxy Tab has a phone interface. Settings and notifications are seperate. Screenshot is now a two handed process. Those are just a couple of the changes that have robbed me of my tablet. A week ago I would have given a 5 now 2.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Durable, Lightweight
Cons: jelly bean upgrade
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought this Tablet for my birthday in 2012 so I wouldn't have to carry my 17.3 laptop all the time and I am glad I did.
I am a novice on Android devices but I am having fun while learning and I learn something new everyday. My Tab is fast
and with my Samsung Hotspot, I stay connected 24/7. It's a great Mobile Personal device and I plan on upgrading to a newer Samsung Tab when this one gets old.

Most recent software update for the device bugged the volume controls for it slightly in removing a master volume control from the volume buttons. I find that I now have to mute it in 3 different manners while using in sound sensitive environments. Once in the game, again in internet radio app, and yet again on the main screen, while alarms still go off at full volume... Hopeful they can fix that in the next update of the software.
Pros: Durable, Realistic color, Lightweight

Micro SD card slot for additional storage.
Lots of great standard features like a movie player and watch tv shows.
Link to your google account and automatically download your previously purchased apps.
