this tablet is the perfect combination of fast, sleek, and stylish. this android tablet lets you do everything. the camera is great quality, the screen is amazing. the screen is also VERY touch responsive. the built in speakers are good and they are loud. having it be a TV remote is the coolest thing ever. you should totally buy this tablet with 100% confidence

I did alot of research before buying this Tab. I wanted to compare the specs on what was available in my price range. I decided on the Galaxy Tab 2 and I just love it. I am able to watch movies with Netflix and read books on the Kindle App. I have a weather app that I can view with the touch of a button. It is amazingly fast loading web pages. Expandable storage with micro slot is a big plus also. I am pleased with the quality and operation of the tab. Best Tablet out there for the price.

It is a lot better than the Kindle Fire, which my wife originally wanted. Full android OS, memory card availability, and cameras make it great. My only wish is that the front camera was a little better for Skype.

I have worked with the ipda for a few years now and I was in love with that. Its a great tablet but its so expensive! I saw this one and thought what the heck ill see how this works! Well it beats the ipad hands down. I love the fact you can expand the memory. I purchased a 32gb memory card. Its very fast and can record in 1080p thats great. I use this for everything. Books, Emails, Videos, Pictures everything and it never skips a beat. Battery life is great I love it. Thank you Samsung!

Cons: no home screen button, screen needs to be brighter, needs a flash on camera

This is my second tablet, I still have my original 7 inch Galaxy tablet, and even though it still works well, I wanted the newer, lighter version. I am extremely happy with the new Galaxy Tab 2 7.0, as it has a faster processor while keeping all of the features of the original; ie: bright screen, removable memory, front and back cameras.
The only problem, is with those features, and the new one being lighter than the original, the battery doesn't last quite as long as I am used to. However, having extra chargers in my home and car, does alleviate the problem.

I got this for my 5 year old since he started school to put learning games on it and he loves it he knows how to work an ipad but the galaxy is so much better than that! we dont have internet or any games on it yet and he is always on it never thought he would like it that much

Love the Samsung 7" Tablet

I have bought 3 of them for me and family members. It has the best screen of any I've seen. The IR is a great added feature and allows you to also use it for a remote control for your TV and devices connected to it. My first one started out with Market Place but then the upgrade changed that to Google Play Store which is great, also includes an Office Program that's compatible with MS Office, called Polaris. The SDcard slot allows you to add more memory, and you can even use more that one card to organize your files. The speaker is powerful.
