Galaxy Tab 2 is a great choice

I bought my Galaxy Tab 2 as a replacement for a lost Nook reader and it was the best decision I've made. Screen is beautiful, sound is phenomenal and the WiFi connection is more robust than any device I've ever used. I wish the charger was a mini-USB instead of a 30 pin so I could use the same cable for multiple devices, but that is the only criticism I have for this outstanding device. I don't think you can get a better tablet anywhere near the price.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Inexpensive, Realistic color
Cons: 30 pin power cable

I love this tablet, battery lasts and works well in the sunlight. I just wish it had an HDMI connector, I thought it did.

I bought the Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 because I have the Tab 10.1 and wanted a smaller tablet to carry with me. Love that everything from moved from Tab 10.1 to Tab 2. Realize now that 8gb is too small. Also, a complaint I had about 10.1 and it still exists with the Tab 2 is that too may widgets and applications are preloaded that I don't want and I can't uninstall them.
Despite these things, The tab 2 is a great tablet at a great price.
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color, Lightweight
Cons: too may widgets and applications pre loaded, 8gb is not big enough

I love my Galaxy Tab 2 7.0, but I am a little disappointed in it so far. When I found this online, I was so excited that I would be able to install apps to the micro sd card. However, once I received it (as a gift for Mother's Day). I was very disappointed. After I had had it for a bout a week and couldn't figure out how to move the apps to the micro sd card, I checked out Samsung's support page. I was very upset to find out that the OS(Ice Cream Sandwich) does not support this and probably will not support this. Then, a few weeks ago, my phone updated to Ice Cream Sandwich and I am able to save my apps to the micro sd card. However, I am still unable to do this with my Galaxy 2 7.0. I am still waiting for an update that will fix this. Once this issue is fixed, I would gladly give 5 stars on everything.

Cons: Did not meet expectations

I received it as a fathers day present and I have not needed to open my laptop since I received my Galaxy Tab. I use it for personal and work GREAT TOOL!!!

I researched what tablet I wanted to buy. Basically they are all the same, cost and what they will do. Because I have Samsung TVs, which I am very happy with, I decided to go with the Samsung Galaxy II Tablet. Very nice, easy to use, (especially for someone like myself that is not very knowledgeable about these things), light weight, clear good color. Good value for the price!
