won't work in garage if temp is below 60f which makes it worthless

The freezer door inside has a buildup of ice; the service person said that, since the seal is tight all around, there is nothing he can do about it. The vegetable drawers 'squeak' when opened & shut.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
