Great Value

contrary to the other post the sound on my unit is normal. I have another brands higher end model and sound is similar I believe this is normal for most LCD TV's.
This set is a good value if purchased on sale. I use it in my bedroom using Over The air antenna and the picture quality is very good. Overall I am very pleased with this sets value for the price.
Pros: decent picture quality
I would recommend this to a friend!

Pitiful Sound

Setup was a dream, but it became a nightmare when we heard the sound.....VERY tinny....my very first hand- held transistor radio I owned in the 50's sounded better than this.
Pros: easy setup
Cons: horrible sound quality
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Good TV.. when you can get it to come on.

I bought this television for my husband for his birthday. He can't watch it now. It won't come on anymore. For a while, we just left it on 24/7 because it would take forever to come on. It was accidentally cut off and won't even try to come on again.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great television

This is a great television for the price. The picture is real good, and I'm not sure what the negative review with the sound was about, but the sound is awesome for the television. Sure the sound isn't of movie theater quality, but it sounds good.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Purchased this a year ago and it has been great from the first day we plugged it in. Picture quality is excellent, sound is excellent and that is without using a sound bar.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Can not turn on the TV whatsoever

Bought this TV a year ago. The 1-yr warranty expired last week and the TV became unstable and now totally DEAD. I can't turn it on whatsoever, just leaving a solid green power light on, no image, no sound, nothing. Very bad experience.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
