Oven fan takes about 30 minutes to stop after turned off

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The only thing I don't like about the oven is that it takes about 30 minutes for the fan to stop after the oven is turned off. The fan is very noisy. I was told by the repair people that this is standard on all brands now.
