Perfect for squash

I've had this model pressure cooker for over 2 years and love it! It's great for cooking soups or stews and transporting them to potlucks. I use a vegan butternut squash curry recipe that people die for. I've tried using the same recipe with a regular stove top pot and you just can't get the flavors into the butternut squash like pressure cooking does.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this item in September 2022 because of the size and the stainless steel. Not long after buying, it started leaking by the handles. They are not welded, screwed only.
Previously I was using the old fashion presto for 20 years but it was in aluminum.
