Love this Kettle!!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Sencor Water Kettle SWK 179 is absolutely fabulous! I got the color I wanted (black) and tried it out! The water boils super-fast and the water level display changes colors when it's boiling to the desired temperature. It has an automatic shut off once it reaches the desired temperature Or you can set it to maintain a certain temperature. It has a filter screen inside the pour spout that you can remove and rinse if needed and it just snaps back in. So get ready to make some tea, hot chocolate, cider, whatever hot drink you desire because it is a blast to use!

Sencor Water Kettle Rocks!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product for free to try and I am very grateful that I was picked to try it. I cannot believe how fast the water heated up when I tried the kettle. It was nothing like I ever experienced before. I was even able to brew tea with it and it worked very well. I am not a coffee drinker so I couldn't give an opinion on how well it works with that. The kettle was easy to assemble and easy to clean. I have shown it to friends and they were interested in getting one also.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Really nice retro item. Easy to understand, entertaining changing lights, and the best feature is the removable filter. Having a drip free spout is a bonus! I like the look, and it boils water fast. The temperature gauge on the handle is so helpful. I am very pleased with this product.

Awesome Water Kettle!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When i first took it out of the box was very impressed how sleek and modern it was. I love the color and it matches well with all my black appliances. I drink the instant mochas so this is perfect for heating water for this. I was amazed at how fast the water started to boil! I always like my water for my mochas super hot because i sit at the computer while i work and by having the water at a boiling point my mochas stays hot longer. Really love my Sencor Water Kettle and the way it works!

Love the sleek design!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the sleek design of the kettle. You can also vary the length of the power cord to suit you so there are no annoying draping cords. It is very user friendly and I like that you can choose which temperature to either boil or warm your water, the temperatures are displayed in both fahrenheit and celsius which is handy! The color of the water marks changes depending on your temperature selection which I thought was a really neat feature. You do not have to wait long for the kettle to boil and it beeps when desired temperature is reached which I like. I am very pleased with this kettle and it is a welcome member of my kitchen appliance family!

I like the product with one exception...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I liked the digital controls once I got used to them. It is more complicated than just pushing a button, so takes some getting used to. Once you figure out the buttons, I like the variable temperatures and the fact that you can keep the water warm. At one point when testing it, I got distracted and walked away. It has an automatic shut off. I like that. The only drawback is that the set temperature is underneath the actual temperature and this makes it very difficult to read.
