I always have this out on my counter because I weight everything before I eat it. Or if I am making something with a recipe I like to weight all the ingredients for that too. I like to weight my foods and recipe ingredients because it always better to weight your food so you don’t go overboard and eat more then what a true serving size is, but also for the recipes the reason I weight that is because ever one of my recipes has come out so much better once I started weighting out the ingredients, especially when it comes to baking, the recipes come out a lot better when I’m baking and I weight all the ingredients.
This scale is very easy to use, you can set it easily using one button for whatever type of weight you are using, if it grams, or ounces, and so on. This makes losing weight a lot easier too so I highly recommend to anyone wanting to lose weight or wants to weight out the ingredients in baking or any kind of recipe.

THIS SCALE IS VERY ACCURATE AND A REAL HELP WHEN YOU ARE BAKING OR EVEN ON A DIET. I WOULD RECOMMENDED IT.
