Had this thing included waffle plates I would have given it 5 stars instead of 4. Besides this one lacking part I love this unit!

I want waffles!

We've had ours for 2 years and it's awesome but I wish we could get waffle plates to change out instead of needing a separate device for waffles

I love the grill/griddle, but there are no instructions for using it. Maybe mine was taken from the box before purchase but there isn't any recipes or temperature/time guides. The results have been that my Panini are all experimental until I can make my own charts. On line they have a beautiful presentation for the grill...once again no indication on HOW to use it....I would give it 5 stars if it had these things.

i got this thing as a birth day gift ,and it is useless to fry steaks,does not get hot,to sear the steaks.every appliance in my house is FRIGIDAIRE,but after this fiasco,and waste of money,i will look for another brands.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
