I can't do flat handed pushups due to my wrists. This makes it possible to do pushups again.

I have deteriorating cartilage in my hands and wrists which make pushups painful. The round comfort grips and putting my hands in a comfortable position make pushups pain free. Two sessions at this point with 200 pushups as part of a home chest routine and no pain afterwards. Completely happy with my purchase. Highly recommend these.

I have owned this product for a few months and it is a great piece of equipment. There is only one minor drawback but it should not discourage you from getting this item- the comfort grip handles do shift after a workout but will slide back with some encouragement.

Just had these delivered today...I've been eagerly awaiting these so I busted them out as soon as I got my hands on them. IMMEDIATELY noticed that the bearings in one of the units are defective; they grind and resist when turning. Nothing significant that causes binding, but I suspect over long-term use this may become an issue...disappointed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I wore out my first set of Perfect Pushups as I had them 12 years. When I first bought them I could not even do ONE push up on my toes. I started on my knees. Now I can probably do over 40 in a row. And now the Elites are even better.
