Since i don't have room for a double oven, which I need, this was a great purchase: the duo feature works out great, especially for holidays. The glass cook top, however, while stylish and sleek requires constant cleaning and maintenance which is a drawback. But this oven's features definitely bring you into the 21st century!
Pros: Bright display

Much better than a regular double oven, other ovens have the lower oven on the floor. Since that is usually the larger oven the turkey etc is hard to lift. The dual fans are great, other doubles only have one fan in the lower oven. The only two issues have been that the burners get super hot, pancakes burn on #2 setting and the solid black top is hard to keep clean. I would replace it with same oven. I have owned this a little over a year.

Touch Control Pad Difficult to use

Love the range, especially the dual oven capability, but the control pad is difficult to use. It would be downright impossible if someone had arthritis. I even had a technician come out when I first got it because I couldn't get the oven to work since I was afraid to press too hard on the touch pad.
Pros: Bright display, Durable, attractive
Cons: touch pad difficult to use

Oven is the best

I have had this range for 10 months and for the most part I love it. Only thing I would change is the cooktop surface. It soils so easily and shows up even steam droplets. I am constantly cleaning the surface.
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color
Cons: cooktop surface hard to keep clean

I shopped for a year for a new range before finally deciding on this one. I previously had been using a propane range so going to electric was a big decision. I am so glad I waited the year to purchase my range because there were changes to the model. I am very pleased with the dual oven that also works as one large oven. The surface is so easy to keep clean...I just use a spray bottle with plain water and a dry towel for daily cleaning. I use a glass top cleaner about once a month also.
I think that the new electric ranges actually cook hotter and heat faster than my gas range.
The only design change I would suggest is the clock. The light is so bright that I cover it up at night because it lights up the entire kitchen.
I have bragged about this range to anyone who would listen.
