This 9-Series TV Excells

The price of this panel bothered me at first, but I decided to take a chance based on what this TV had to offer. I have had this TV for a little over a month and can't be more impressed with its performance. Black levels are as good as it gets for an edge lit TV and video sources up scaled to near 4K look impressive. The remote takes a little getting used to when you are used to a lot of buttons, but the point and click (as well as using the voice function) make this remote quite useful in spite of its size. Just a great overall purchase.
Pros: Inexpensive, Realistic color, Bright display, hdr
Cons: a little pricey

Great TV but not what I expected

I am very impressed with the TV as a whole but being this is a 9500 series I would have expected this to be FALD in lieu of edge lit. The edge lit works well but in a dark room and darker images the screen has some light bloom but can be mostly overcome by adjusting some settings. Tizen system is phenomenal and easily the best OS on a TV I have seen. I am a huge gamer and the lag time in game mode is extremely low making games run better and smoother than they did on my previous 4k tv.
Pros: Realistic color, Bright display, Lightweight, excellent upscaling, phenomenal game mode settings
Cons: light bloom in dark scenes

4K Awesomeness

Ok, Just received the TV. Unpacking was very simple and took about 4 minutes. I mounted the TV on a previously existing wall mount, which took another 4 minutes. I plugged it in, turned it on and synced with Internet, another 4 minutes. So in less than 20 minutes I set up my TV and started "The Martian" in 4K. I had high expectations and Samsung did not disappoint! The picture is so crisp and clear. The build quality is unmatched. I am very impressed with the "bezel less " bezel. It's very clean and subtle. the remote is clean and fits in the hand nicely. I also like that Samsung's "one connect" box is small and light as I plan on mounting on the back of the TV. Well done Samsung!

4K is insane!!!

My husband is generally into TV technology, but I have been reading about this new TV for a couple of months. We had to get some new appliances, and he was shocked when I was like, I want to get this Samsung TV, too. We have a 10 year old small Samsung in our bedroom that still has a great picture, so I was confident about choosing Samsung over the competitor. The picture is sick!! On 4K channels, the people look like they are right in your living room! It is a smart tv, so you have full integration of all of your apps. And, I like the curve. In our house it actually helps to totally eliminate glare at certain points of the day. I hope to be happy with this tv for a long time!!
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color, speakers are good, smart tv

I had a Samsung JS9000 before this tv but this is the greatest tv I have ever had...great picture and amazing design

I bought this TV a couple months ago and from the very first time I turned it on I was blown away by the picture Quailty best I've seen and I reviewed just about every brand and none even compared to the picture Quailty and all of the features of this TV. The smart Hub is an awesome feature. Love this TV.
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color, Inexpensive, Lightweight, Built-in speakers, amazing tv
Cons: no cons to add this is a fantastic tv
