Does what it's supposed to

Bought as replacement for one that came with our house that died. It was very simple to install and wire. Fired right up, no leaks or puff of smoke.

Very Quiet!

I have only used this disposer for a couple of weeks so i cannot speak to it's longevity. It is extremely quiet and seems to work well with our dishwasher, also a GE. Both were purchased new and installed about a week apart. I will say that twist ring that mounts and dismounts the unit from the sink works significantly better than the old style I have used before.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Had one before for 9 years. Worked great. Probably needed a new gasket at the top. Had a small leak. Just bought a new one and be done since it was bought around 2010.
