Install was simple and straight forward. Runs louder than expected though. Since it's brand new, haven't used it other than running water through. Drainage is a bit slow too, but it appears that's due to the rubber drain design so the water doesn't drain efficiently.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Rubber hole cover

The rubber hole cover doesn't leave enough space for the water to go down even I leave the disposal to work long enough so I had to widen the hole. All the rest are working I believe fine.

Had it for a month. Started leaking and when I attempted to tighten it the threads of the mount were too loose and slipped over. Poor design using plastic.replaced it wit a different brand with a met mount.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
