Excellent and Dependable

This is a tried and true machine. I am happy with the disposal, but even more happy with the service I got when I did have a part break during the installation. It could have been my fault of over tightening the mounting collar, but when I admitted my possible mistake, they didn't try to come up with a reason not to replace the part. They not only sent the part, but got a full unit as well. How is that for good old American quality and service. I would replace it with the same quiet, dependable disposal again if needed in the future.
