The ear pieces don't stay in my ears. I use the smallest size and they come out when I move around. I have tried all of the sizes and nothing works. The sound and ease of operation is great.
Pros: sound is great
Cons: earpieces the fit

Does not work on numerous phone brands

The fact that it does not fully function or function at all on numerous brands is not listed on the package.
Pros: well they look nice
Cons: does not list all the phones it doesn't work on.

Good sound but product already broken after unpacking

I have had 3 pairs of these plugs now. The 1st pair performed well and died in about 4 months where one of the sides started failing. Not uncommon for this price range.
Then I bought a second pair, it already had sound problems on the left side from the start. A week later it started getting dimmer and dimmer. Then the left side started failing. 2 month in total and it was completely broken.
I thought the second one might have been a fluke. I bought another pair today but it has the same issue as the 2nd pair even after carefully unpacking it. Right side failing straight after unpacking . Phillips please check your quality control for this item. It has something to do with the design of the plug, it lets go of the wiring too fast and is not sturdy. I will not be buying a 4th pair.
The sound is good but the durability is terrible
Pros: good sound overall, location of control is good
Cons: already broken before use
