This is my second Swissgear bag. The first lasted a decade of heavy travel. The new bag is lighter and move maneuverable. Good product.

My husband and I have travelled the world with the 2 24 inch versions of this suitcase. We love the line so I decided to get myself a carry on version because I started traveling for business quite a bit. The cary on is the same wonderfully spacious and light as it’s bigger brother but 3 out of 4 wheels don’t spin. You have to engage your wrist quite a bit to get this little bugger to go the way you want it. It has its own mind and keeps going sideways. I am in the process of returning it. I contacted the company and they responded quickly asking for pictures. I am sending them videos.

Best suitcase for carry-on & international travel

I bought one of these 8 years ago and I LOVE this bag. This suitcase has been all over the world and held up like a gem. I can pack for two weeks in this one bag, and it has fit in all sorts of overhead compartments. Spinning wheels make it a cinch to move down tight aisles. Bag itself is lightweight but sturdy. I won't ever buy another bag.

Poor construction and wheels do not roll well

I bought this to match a computer bag I have. The very first trip I took the handle came apart. I needed to check my bag on the return trip because of this. Also I was very displeased with how it rolled. When pulling and using just two wheels it was fine. When trying to roll with four wheels upright the bag has a mind of its own! I highly recommend buying a bag with the double roller wheels instead of the single wheels
