This was a warranty replacement for the same bag purchased a year or so earlier. The front pocket had torn so Swissgear agreed to replace it. The process took quite a while but they did back their warranty and provided an exact replacement bag.

This is my 3rd replacement for the same product. The hands unscrews and is made of cheap material. The wheels fall off stop working. The exact same issue for all three replacements. Buyer beware!

The current one has only one level for the walking handle: being short, I liked the older version that let me keep the handle at a comfortable-for-me height. AND, after two trips (six flights in total), the material is already showing fraying along the zipper edges. I am disappointed and may consider a hard-sided piece of luggage next time.
