I bought this refrigerator over comparable refrigerators based on reviews and value. I am very pleased. This is my first one with a french door and I am impressed with easily movable shelves and easily removable drawers that make cleaning a breeze. The delivery and install techs were amazing; particularly because they had to remove the doors to get the refrigerator in the house. I highly recommend this product.

First bottom freezer fridge.

I didn't think I would like freezer on the bottom but it works out great. Lots of refrigerator space on top. The drawers and shelves are well positioned and placed. The digital display is easy to understand, and the measured water dispenser is a great feature.

Keeps food cold!

The refrigerator is clean, sleek and spacious. The ice bucket is easy to remove and replace. The freezer compartment if functional. The only downside has been when the hum of the motor is strong when the refrigerator cycles.

I bought my refrigerator a month ago and I had to send the first one back because of ice build up in the frige and freezer. When the second unit came, I did not have the ice build up, but I had standing water along the seal to the freezer. The repairman who came out said that this is a constant problem this Whirlpool model and they actually have kits to make the repair in the unit. It has been ordered, but not yet installed. My question is that if Whirlpool knows of this issue, why don't they make the repair in the factory or , at least, allow their representatives the ability to order and stock the kits? I like the features of the machine but so far, it has been a great deal of trouble.
