High capacity, but noisey

Its been a month and I am happy with the unit. Holds more, locations very convenient. Freezer large and supper easy to get to. Bad side is the unit is VERY loud. Makes a high pitched whirl quite often.
I would recommend this to a friend!

POOR QUALITY

I bought this unit a month ago and it has been nothing but trouble. A connection inside of the unit was not properly installed at the factory and it leaked all inside the unit the first day! The freezer drawer was not installed correctly as it was off the track. This unit will not hold temperature and ice is melting and leaking inside of the unit. Repair person has been out 3 times and it is still not working properly.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Everything in Front of Me

This replaced a fairly high capacity side-by-side that we had. To open both doors and have everything illuminated in front of us is a huge plus. It's all right there to see, which has really helped us to not waste so much food. We see the leftovers, the fruits and veggies. Nothing can hide anymore. As a result, it feels as though even our fresh food grocery bill has dropped.

Nice refrigerator but ...

I'm having a problem getting it level so the doors close properly ... also it's regularly a lot louder than I expected it to be ... it's often annoying. I'm planning to call for service already and I've only had it for two weeks. If I can't get it quieter I might exchange it.

A good refrigerator.

I love the freezer in the bottom and it has enough room with the separate drawer. The refrigerator has plenty of room in it also. Love the refrigerator. I had to get use to the sounds it makes.

Excellent fridge

I bought this fridge about a month ago, and I've been very happy with it. Everything functions as advertised. the only thing that I would like to see different is that the display on the front does not show the current temp of the fridge and freezer. You can set it to where you want it, and it displays what the setting is, but it doesn't show the actual temperature. Other than that, it is a great product. I would certainly recommend it.

Great Refrigerator

My wife and I bought this refrigerator a month ago and are very pleased with it. It's hard to beat a Whirlpool. We were still using our side-by-side Whirlpool that we purchased about 15 years ago. We passed it on to a relative, since it was still working fine. My wife wanted a french-door refrigerator and this seemed to be the best for our needs.

Problematic

I have always bought Whirlpool appliances but now I'm doubting my judgment. Fully remodeled kitchen 2 yrs ago, all new appliances and have had nothing but problems with my refrigerator. First one was taken back and replaced with a new one, it just didn't work. Now this one is a not so good replacement Have had repairman out 3 times Ice Maker didn't work or made ice when it felt like it. Ice built up inside the refrigerator. Was running non stop and freezer quit working. Now that we've gotten it "fixed" it makes maybe 10 ice cubes, or spits one out on the floor. Will never buy another one. The repairman told my husband that you can't open both doors at the same time or we'll get ice build up inside! Okay but in order to shut the left door you have to open the right one. left me confused.
