[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased this dishwasher in February to replace a 17 year old Kitchen Aid dishwasher. Love the look! It is extremely quiet (have to check sometimes to make sure it is on)and the dishes and glasses come out sparkling!

Not thrilled

We bought this a few weeks ago and I'm not thrilled by it. Even though the trays slide very nicely, compared to our old Bosch, and they have more room than the Bosch, they are really poorly designed so it's hard to load it efficiently. It doesn't dry nearly as well as I had hoped either. But the thing that really makes me mad is the poor cleaning. It never removes the lip gloss from the rims of small glasses and at least a few dishes come out every load that must be rewashed. Plus it is louder than I thought it would be. Wish we had gone with the Bosch!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I just bought 2 weeks ago. Very quiet and dishes are clean. I did notice white film on crystal, was told to run hot water in my facet prior to starting cycle. Seems to be working.

Had this installed a month ago and it really works well on all sorts of dishes and loads. You really need to use a rinse agent, though, to get the best (read "spot-free") results.

Dishwasher is very quiet and gets dishes very clean. Only downside is that it is much harder to load than my previous Kitchen-Aid - layout of racks is difficult to use
