We have had this unit in our new house for 2 months now. Using the proscrub option, the loads come out very clean, better than using the normal wash option. We are on well water thats a little hard so rinse aid is a must and set to the near highest position. We wash a lot of plastic items and even with the prodry design there is a lot of water on cups and such. The stainless surface cleans easier than we would have thought. By far the quietest dishwasher we have ever been around!

We have owned this dishwasher for about six months with no issues. Dishes are clean, the machine it is quiet, and the dishwasher looks good. Installation was easy, minus that I needed a fitting to hook up the water that it didn't come with, however, not sure if this issue was unique to us or not. The controls are easy to use and works great.

Bought January 2015. Initially cleaned just ok; however, at about 4 months, plastic clips and rotating
wand part in top began falling off…won't stay on
except for 2 washes after reattaching. Cleaning is
poor unless the tough/pro cycle is used. Cycles are
very LONG. Last night it ran all night (8 hours on Tough Cycle) without turning off…first time for this, but just one more thing that makes this machine get
a DO NOT BUY from me! I have had KitchenAid dishwashers several times and NEVER experienced

I bought this a few weeks ago. We installed ourselves with ease. I've never had such a quiet dishwasher. You don't even know it's on until the water drains! I love how well it cleans and the racks are well designed for getting plenty of dishes in each load. I also like the rack for little things on the top rack.

I bought this dishwasher a little over a week ago and I am so glad I did. Our old dishwasher was not a KitchenAid and it cooked soap on the dishes instead of cleaning them - terrible. I have washed dishes by hand for a couple of years now not wanting to spend the money on another disaster. It works fantastic so far. I hope I can say the same thing a year from now.
