Just got this dishwasher and am VERY disappointed. I use the Cascade packet and rinse aid that came with this dishwasher and rinse my dishes and silverware off before putting them in, but every time I use it, whether on Normal or ProWash cycle, the dishes come out with bits of food stuck to them and the silverware comes out tremendously spotted and also with little bits of food on them. Should not be like this and should not have to have a brand new dishwasher serviced. Would not recommend this dishwasher at all. I've attached 3 photos of silverware just "cleaned" in this dishwasher. Clearly subpar, unacceptable performance from a new dishwasher!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

my last ktchenaid dishwasher lasted 24 years and i loved it and hated to have to replace, but after using my new one I wish i would have done it several years ago. You can hardly tell when it is on and the dishes look great.

I bought this dishwasher for my kitchen remodel replacing another Kitchenaide that we had for over 15 years. I have to check the outside light to make sure it is on since it is so quiet. Dishes and silverware are clean and come out dry. Love this dishwasher and I would highly recommend it!

So far I love my dishwasher. It is very quiet and you hardly know it is running. Easy to operate. Lots of different settings for different levels of cleaning. I especially like the stainless steel insides and the drawers slide very easy. I would recommend this dishwasher to others.

We replaced our 13 year old Whirlpool Gold dishwasher in the nick of time. It had a bad bearing in the pump. This new KitchenAid is wonderfully quiet. We don't have any sand-like debris on the glasses anymore. We are well-pleased.
