Has adjustable upper rack

I like this appliance - it is far superior to the dishwasher I had in its quietness and cleaning ability. Have had it for about 3 weeks and still getting used to loading it. The upper rack needs to be lowered to accommodate wine glasses. However, this results in the lower rack dishes not having very much clearance so that the arms spin freely. I have been having to hand wash wine glasses.

what do i love? the adjustabel top shelf, the ease at which the racks slide, the compartment on the top shelf for oversized utensils, the hidden controls, and it's quiet!!

Thi I a replacement of a KitchenAid dishwasher that was 11 years old. We love it. It is so very much quieter than the old one - not that the old one was particularly noisy. It, also, does a very good job of getting the dishes and pans clean.
