I purchased 2 BlueAir purifiers the 211+ & the 411 Pure Mini in January because I have a lot of dust accumulation in my apartment. I had to dust the furniture and hardwood floors daily. They have reduced the dust by 85% and my wife and I are breathing better. I don't need to use my nasal spray as often. I especially like the pre-filter that you can vacuum or wash. They help to extend the life of the main filter. I vacuum the pre-filters every 3 days and you can see the white dust being removed from the filter. I intend to wash them every three months to get all the dust out. I dust twice a week now and I haven't had to dust the blinds yet. I am very satisficed with both of them. I would recommend purchasing a unit that is able to do a room larger than what you have. I should of purchased a lager unit for my bed room so I run it on high during the day when we aren't in the room.

I bought these pre-filters a month ago and have already washed them. They did trap a lot of dust and were easy to wash and dry. My only complaint is that when putting them on the air-purifier, they quite easily get snagged and tear on the top edge of the filter compartment.

Going through prefilters like a kid in a candyshop

Prefilters get dirty so fast. Despite handwashing they pile very easily. The biggest downfall is that the machine snags them, so they are constantly getting holes in them.
