We really are pleased with this product! The only draw back that we have noticed is that the water dispenser will always drop a few water droplets before, during and after using this feature. It has a continual drip.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This was the "upgrade" refrigerator for the new home we bought. Whereas the ice and water features are superb, the drawers and freezer drawer feel like they are running plastic on plastic. My previous refrigerators drawers were smooth and rolled easily, but the ice and water were not up to par. Wish I could merge the two together.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
