[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the color (slate gray)refrigerator/freezer has more room then my side by side, (freezer draw holds alot), also the lights inside are nice and bright, makes finding items easy, easy to set temperatures for both refrigerator/freezer, ice/water dispenser is a plus

Great so far, with a few minor drawbacks

So far we like everything about this refrigerator with the exception of just a few minor things. The first item is that it is hard to see/read the words on the water/ice dispenser on the outside door. You have to be at a certain distance and angle to see them, and they do not light up when in use. The second item is that due to the ice/water in the door (which was a requirement for us) there are two basically useless "shelves" on the inside of the door.
We like the outside appearance, inside lighting, larger shelf configurations, and sliding tray in the freezer.

Big fridge. Slightly awkward shelving.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Fridge works well so far for the most part. It runs pretty quietly. Makes ice and water well, although the water dispenser drips a drop or two after use. It's big, but the shelving configuration is a little awkward for larger products like bottles and milk jugs. Produce stays really well in the fridge. We found some frost in the freezer already when it had a lot of stuff in it. We moved some to another freezer and it seems happier. Overall, we like the fridge and it's miles above the Samsung that came with the house.
