Looks great, lots of room inside

We’ve only had the refrigerator for a day but so far so good except the ice maker isn’t dispensing ice through the door even though ice is being made. Hopefully when the bin is fuller it will dispense ice.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Trouble from the start with ice maker

I reviewed this earlier with 4 stars, but now I can only give 2. I have owned this for 4 days and the ice will not dispense through the door. To use ice I have to open the small access door, remove the bin, pour the ice in a bowl and place in the freezer. This is unacceptable for a new refrigerator.

Inside Design needs tweaking.

Great icemaker but it takes away the bins on the door....they are too shallow to hold anything. Secondly, the freezer door & top freezer drawer do not pull out far enough; really takes away from access.

Garbage. This fridge literally lasted 3 yrs. The ice maker never kept up to normal use. Quality isn’t built to last anymore.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

GE installed spyware on my Chromebook

While trying to register a refrigerator using their QR code, model GFE26JYMXFFS GE installed malware on my chromebook - a computer voice starts reading off every website tab you have open. I have my DOCTOR's web portal open and it's reading my information in the MEDICAL PORTAL data. H-I-P-P-A violation! I have tax documents I need to get and GE is STEALING my data
