Bought because our old faithful fridge went out after 28 years. This GE fits all our needs. It was unexpected but great product that was reasonable priced. Will hope it lasts as long as our last one.

One minor thing

I love the new refrigerator with the freezer on the bottom. There is only one minor inconvenience - the front panel for choosing water, crushed ice or cubes does not light up berfore you press it so you can't see what your're choosiing unless a bright kitchen light is on. Other than that, a quiet, nice looking refrigerator.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great refrigerator. Looks beautiful, practical and holds alot. Ice maker & water on front door is amazing.
Doors however do not close easily with a swing. Have to often push doors shut.

LONG RUN TIME

THE FRIDGE SEEMS TO BE RUNNING ALL THE TIME, UNLIKE ARE OLDER MODEL.
THIS FRIDGE HAS A CONSTANT HUMMING NOISE. I UNDERSTAND THAT RIGHT AWAY IT WILL RUN ALOT BUT IT HAS BEEN INSTALLED OVER 50 HOURS AGO BY NOW.

Louder than the Samsung it replaced. Won't dispense ice unless the bin is full. Wish the shelves could be adjusted more. There's room in the freezer area for the drawer to be bigger, but the design leaves unused space. Can't get the doors to line up. One door wants to swing closed even though the refrigerator is level.
I would recommend this to a friend!
