The refrigerator works well. It does not have a special spot for butter. The French doors do not close automatically. Overall it was a good purchase.

Loud and noisy ice snd water dispenser!!!

Loud and noisy ice and water dispenser! Hard to read the water dispenser options. It does not light up the words. Doors do not stay open and close very fast which is annoying when you are trying to get things out. The GE people are coming out to check on the problem. Hopefully they can resolve the issue.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

French doors are nice feature

The refrigerator keeps items cold very well. The french doors make this a better option than a side by side. Opening the doors is not smooth, there is a resistance that pulls the door back inside. The tray within the freezer is a bit awkward moving back and forth. Lack of door in door makes this product less efficient.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We love the refrigerator. It's a tad smaller than our previous one but it's working out great. We had a broken shelf when delivered and we're waiting for that to be finalized. Great quality, very pleased!
