Door drips below water dispenser. GE repair person made repair however still has same problem.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

GE then & now

The GE name has been a well respected, trusted name for many years, selling quality products. This is not the case anymore. The product we purchased should not even be on the market. It is loud. When the compressor is running it puts out 89 decibels. The ice maker shoots ice in all directions. The water dispenser leaks. The doors do not close properly. Our purchase was a huge mistake.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We want to help! Newer refrigerators will sound different from an older refrigerator that you are probably used to having. Modern refrigerators have more features and use newer technology. What you are hearing is the new high efficiency compressor that will run faster and longer. You could also hear a high-pitched hum or pulsating sound while it is operating.

I love our new refrigerator, tit keeps cool and the ice machine is awesome!! The cabinets are spacious for my grocery items. The freezer is like a refrigerator on it's own but no it's not separate. Water and ice coming out of the dispenser is quite refreshing. Thank You GE for an amazing product
