Bad freezer pull out design

We purchased this product as a newer version of our old one because we really liked it. However, the bottom freezer pull out drawer is very janky and cheap. It is not a smooth rollout and requires a lot of jerking and noises as it pulls out. Very disappointed in this feature of the new model. Love everything else so far.

Love the fit

So far so good just one day with my New GE refrigerator will never by another Samsung anything I had trouble with the ice maker 2 weeks in with it, should’ve bought a GE the first time.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Ice ice not

The ice in the ice maker freezes solid and we have to break up the ice so it works. Also The handle on the freezer keeps sliding off and has to be reattached constantly.

Instructions could be more customer friendly

It would be more convenient to have a sliding shelf on both sides for tall objects. The power panel could be improved - the etched information is not readable. lighting would help. The manual does not help. It shows an image, but no explanation on how to use it.
