Terrible features

The refrigerator temperature can’t be changed. I’ve tried to change it to 37 degrees as it is currently 43 degrees and am unable to do so as one can’t manually adjust the temperature down, only up, which is absurd. No internal air filter. Poor interior design. Just purchased this piece of crap last week and it will be returned.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

nice fridge, but the freezer door handle came off

Bad Compressor - Only about 2 years old

I've only had this refrigerator 2 years and the compressor is bad. GE support told me it was under a 5 year warranty. Tech came out and said it was a bad compressor but it is not under warranty. Very Disappointed. I loved the fridge otherwise.

Being that we couldn't see this style of fridge prior to purchase, we had to purchase blindly. I'm not a fan of the shelving height, the amount of ice it can hold, or how long it takes for the water in the line to chill after use. It's nice, but believe it could have been better designed especially for the money. We stuck with GE because they are one of the few who offered a black french door fridge.

We double checked, and your refrigerator comes with a Quick Space shelf and 4 adjustable shelves that allow you to organize your unit to best fit your needs. Bottom freezer and French door refrigerators have a water reservoir coil in the fresh food section that cools 16 oz. of water, and the water is chilled and stored until it is needed. Since the reservoir is in the fresh food section, the water will not be ice-cold.
