We only have one qualm on the refrigerator and that’s the half shelf. It seems that the space behind that shelf is wasted.

The doors close by themselves they don’t stay open the icemaker it’s not very nice. Its splatters all over the place. Plus it doesn’t make that much ice

We are sorry to hear that this model hasn't exceeded your expectations all around. We can understand a lot of the frustration with this. This is not the experience we would expect from this model.
When it comes to the door not staying open, we definitely recommend checking that the refrigerator is completely level, this is a huge cause of the the doors not being balanced. If you are still getting a lot of issues, then we recommend scheduling a technician if possible. We're confident that they would be able to help with this. Great product!

The quality of this product is very good. I only had one issue with the freezer. It just seems a little loose pulling it in and out but I've had no problems with it it functions great. The ice is very adequate and the look is great

This is one of the few French door refrigerators with an ice and water dispenser in the door which is a feature we really wanted.

Great lighting and adjustable shelves

Love the French doors and bottom freezer. The lighting inside is so bright and makes it easy to see things right away. Only problem I’ve had is the freezer drawer always slides out when freezer door is opened.

Love the drink drawer!

My husband and I love our fridge- it’s large inside, we like the freezer drawer, and I especially love the drink drawer. We’ve had it for 2 months now and have no complaints.

The features are exactly what I was looking for. Stainless Steel with French doors. Only negative so far is compressor noise

So far, so good

We love the ice maker being in the door as opposed in the interior of the refrigerator. There is so much more space. We've had it a little over a week now and everything seems to be working great. The only thing we have noticed, is that the water you get from the refrigerator isn't very cold at times.
I would recommend this to a friend!
