so far product is good only had 2 days. It is somewhat loud when it is running and vibrates some but other than that it is nice

Noisy operation

Unit seems to run a lot. There is also a good deal of noise when it runs. We had a technician check it out. Fan operation was fine. He noted that the run times are normal; however, the noise was from the gas passing through the evaporator. There was nothing that could be done for that.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Modern refrigerators have new features and are more energy efficient than older ones. The foam insulation used in new models has excellent insulating capabilities and is very energy efficient however it is not as sound absorbent as previously used fiberglass insulation.

Pretty good value

Good refrigerator and ample space both in the bottom freezer and the refrigerator.
Only drawback is the ice machine. Very little ice compartment and it takes a while to get the ice bin full.
One thing is little problem is that the handle to French door is already loose after 4 weeks.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I like the refrigerator but the ice maker is way too small. It doesn’t hold enough for me to make iced tea in my brewer. I now have to keep bags of ice

Very dissatisfied

In my 68 years of marriage, I have never been so dissatisfied with an appliance purchase. I have had several under warranty service calls regarding moisture and ice build- up inside the refrigerator. Several items in the back of the refrigerator had to be disposed of due to freezing. I was advised to shut the left hand refrigerator door very firmly, in other words to slam the door to assist in proper closure. The problem seems to be that the flap on the door does not set all the way to front upon closing, which has caused me to have to manually pull that flap to its proper place with each closing; which is ridiculous! 3 days ago, I opened the freezer door and the handle came off in my hands. My husband was able to reattach it l, but now I’m even hesitant to open my freezer door. In addition, the water dispenser drips after each use necessitating wiping the dispenser tray, which at this point, seems a frivolous complaint.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It is not unusual to see a few drops of water dripping from the dispenser after having dispensed water. This is caused by pressure on the water line and changes in temperature causing some condensation to form and drip. If water continues to drip long after the glass has been removed, service may be necessary.

Just what I wanted

I absolutely LOVE my refrigerator! It is exactly what I wanted! It doesn't show fingerprints, has a lock feature on my ice and water spout, to keep my small grandbabies out of it, and it is so roomy!
I would recommend this to a friend!
