Product look nice but the doors a little uneven. Delivers should have fixed that issue before leaving.

We waited a long time to get this product. We are so happy it fit so nice all the features are nice and sturdy and easily understandable.

Great features and styling

Replacement for an LG. Have never had any issues with our GE appliances. Switched back to GE after an LG failed 2x's in 5 years. Super happy with the Stainless and fingerprint resistant finish. Large sacious and well lit led interior.

Great look and lots of space

I love my new fridge. Bright light inside, spacious, and works well.
A few things that could be improved: I am tall and it is hard to see the writing on the panel. it is a struggle to change the buttons. My previous GE fridge was much quieter. other that that - great.

I have always wanted a french door refrigerator with freezer on the bottom, so when we went shopping and saw this one, well need I say more! It's very spacious, well lit inside, and doesn't show fingerprints...even my magnets stick! It's beautiful, everything in a refrig/freezer we've been looking for!

Plastic breaks very easy

The fridge works good. But the door bins break very easily. The freezer handle pops off all of the time. And now the plastic that holds it on is broken.
The piece that hold the bottom shelf on broke. So the whole thing is just sitting on the vegetable storage bin.

It’s noisy.
I was going to purchase the 27.7 model but the 27.7 model didn’t have as many bells and whistles as this one has.

I like the retractable shelf. I wish I had two retractable shelves like my LG did. Having two retractable shelves would allow me to store large items for parties or holidays.
I like on the deli drawer that you can change it from cold, the coldest, I thought it odd on the 27.7 model this option was not available.

On the 27.7 model in the freezer drawer is concaved and attached to the door so that if something spilled it’s easy cleanup on this model. On this model there is what I call a “no man’s land”.
If something was to fall in between the freezer door and the actual door. It be very hard to clean and retrieve it. Plus upon cleaning it, you’d have to keep the freezer door open, which would cause your food to start to defrost. I think GE should make all their fridge freezer doors like the 27.7 model it would be their signature product to “keep things clean, safe and frozen.”
If something was to fall in between the freezer door and the actual door. It be very hard to clean and retrieve it. Plus upon cleaning it, you’d have to keep the freezer door open, which would cause your food to start to defrost. I think GE should make all their fridge freezer doors like the 27.7 model it would be their signature product to “keep things clean, safe and frozen.”
I love the slate color. It’s really a wonderful color in my kitchen. I just wish the 27.7 model had as many bells and whistles that this one had.
On the water dispenser at night time, I wish that the information/ words about ice and water was lit up more so that you knew which type of product was coming out of the spout.
We have found that we have to turn on a light are use our phone light in order to get water or ice at night time. To ensure what product was coming out of the spout.

There is no place really to put a butter dish. There’s no retractable door or special shelf just to place/ store butter.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This model does have a feature of a Quick Space shelf that quickly slides out of the way to make room for tall items and the shelves are spill-proof that can be easily cleaned. We are happy to hear that you love the color of the refrigerator.
However we apologize that this refrigerator does not provide a butter holder. You can store the butter in the lowest door bin of the fresh food section. We also understand that there is always room for improvement.
