Nice refrigerator

This is an awesome refrigerator. Plenty of room for everything. I like the fact you can place a gallon of milk on the door instead of taking up space on a shelf. The ice dispenser tray fitted into the door is a great idea for saving space also. It did arrive with a crease in freezer door but the replacement was ordered right away. Love the slate color. Fits well into color scheme of kitchen. Would recommend to friends if they are looking for one.

Love my refrigerator

I love my new refrigerator. Very roomy and organized with great lighting and everything is smooth and easy to clean. My favorite part is the large opening for water and ice in the door it fits my xtra large tumbler with room to spare!
The only negative is the icemaker is loud.

Beautiful white French door refrigerator

It took 11 months to finally receive my white French door refrigerator with dispensers on the outside. All of my other appliances are Whirlpool and this is my first GE appliance. It is beautiful outside and in.

Not only is a beautiful refrigerator, but the room in both refrigerator and freezer is great. I don’t think I could be any happier with the product.
Filter is easily accessible. Ice tray is also easily accessible if needed. Absolutely LOVE IT!!!

Overall performance is good. Only problem is the vegetable drawers can't be opened without opening both doors.

Weird doors

When your hands are full and you bump the doors with your elbow, hip, butt etc. You come back and the doors are still open 2 inches. We are aware now and double check. One more thing to check in your life. The freezer baskets seem very fragile and made of cheap plastic also squeaks. Yet we pay soo much money for these fine quirks
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Your refrigerator does come equipped with an alarm that can be set up to let you know if the doors remained opened. You can reference page 10 on your owner's manual to see how to do this. We would also recommend checking to ensure that the refrigerator is level by checking page 38 on the manual. It should be level or slightly tilted to the rear in order for gravity to help the doors close as you push them.
