Not a good ice maker

GE makes great appliances we just got a poor design on the ice maker. My wife wanted the black slate color. So we gave it a shoot. Not very happy with it. Wish I could Exchange it for a better one.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Just got it setup yesterday and I already love it! The water is smooth and cold and we love the smaller cubed ice!

So Far So Good

WE have only had this refrigerator for 3 weeks, but so far I am loving the french doors with freezer on the bottom. The freezer has more room than I expected and the refrigerator is roomy as well. The adjustable shelves make it easy to customize the storage space. Hopefully we get years of use from this appliance.

Nice Refrigerator

So far I like this French door refrigerator. It is very spacious with having the ice maker on the door. The water/ice dispenser is spacious and easy to use. The only thing I am concerned with is it is somewhat loud. The normal noise sounds like a low grade churning as if it’s struggling to push out cold air.

The refrigerator will cool better when you have more items inside the refrigerator. Had a similar model in our previous home. We moved and really missed the that fridge. We purchased this even though there was noting wrong with the side by side. We just really missed our GE fridge.

Plenty of space inside for a family of 4. Outside is fingerprint proof so stays clean even with 2 small children. Ice maker works good and keeps ice frozen unlike some brands that the ice comes out wet.
