We apologize for any inconvenience you've experienced due to the available space for your glass at the dispenser. If your glass is too tall, we recommend placing it at an angle with the top of the glass close to the mouth of the dispenser. You can use the hand wrapped around the glass to activate the dispenser paddle as you hold the glass in place.
