Great Refrig!

Everything is easy to access/see - love the LED lights.
Happy - oh and water dispenser doesn't splash all over the place! Bough new refrig for another home and that dispenser I need a raincoat on to use it!

Beautiful black slate and spacious!

I love my new French door refrigerator! Due to the pandemic and supply chain issues, it took a long time to get my French door refrigerator in black slate, but it is well worth the wait! It is spacious, user-friendly, beautiful, and has all the storage needs I could want or need!

It is new and already have problems it freezes inside the fridge and it makes a noise it just sucks that we have to go through hassle right away it’s nice looking and great on no fingerprints nice color !

Thanks for sharing your feedback. We're glad that overall you're pleased with your refrigerator's appearance and the fingerprint resistant stainless steel finish. So sorry that food in the fresh food compartment is freezing and the loud sound level and we're happy to help.
Placing large items or hot/warm food next to the thermister blocks the airflow to the thermister which gives it false air temperature. This can cause food to freeze especially on the top refrigerator shelf. The new high efficiency compressor on modern refrigerators may run faster and longer than your previous refrigerator and generate more sound. You may hear a high-pitched hum or pulsating sound while it is operating which is normal. The new, large refrigerator is working OK. It could have better shelf space on the door, and it is awkward to have to open both doors to get at the center drawer. The noises are also quite a bit to adjust to.

I love everything about the refrigerator.....but

Sometimes the fridge has a sound like it is breathing...weird...not a consistent hum. It has a lapse. Also, the freezer handle fell off after 2 weeks. We were able to install it properly. I dont know if this was an installer error, or if it could pop off again. Overall we love it. It has exactly the space we need, and love the black! One thing for future models...split the sandwich meat drawer. Both doors have to open, to slide the drawer out, but not a big deal.
