Knocking

Fridge/freezer work well but the ice/water makes knocking sound 24 hours a day. Sounds like someone at the door. We are going to have to shut off the ice/water. We had no input in these appliances.

Thanks for leaving a review. A boiling, gurgling, or knocking sound can be heard when the unit is running. This would be considered normal and is caused by the circulation of refrigerant. If there is a loud banging noise, this could be caused by water hammer. Water hammer is a knocking or banging noise in a water line that occurs when the water valve opens and closes on the refrigerator. This is caused by high water pressure in the house water supply line connected into the refrigerator. If this is the case, then we recommend consulting a professional plumber to find the root cause of water hammer sounds and a proper solution.

Lots of room!!

This fridge is so roomy, even the freezer can hold a lot more than it appears. The fridges runs very quietly, and we are please with the ice quality and amounts. Great fridge!

Only 2 issues 1, Can be loud at times. 2, Only first glass of water is cool , the rest tend to room temperature. Ice dispenser seems fine

Water leaks

After the ice maker makes ice the fridge will release water via the water dispenser. It releases about 4 ounces of water. Why is this happening? Oh and the freezer handle has fallen off twice already.
