This came with out new build spec home and we are just really to sell the fridge and get another one. The water and ice come out SUPER slow. The ice door always pops open because the latch isnt long enough. The shelves aren’t rearrangeable so we can’t fit tall things in the fridge.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The shelves in the fresh food section are adjustable to allow for larger items. One shelf also has the Quick Space option to push in and allow for tall items. For the slow ice and water production, make sure the water filter is installed properly and changed periodically, at least every 6 months, to keep water flow healthy. We love our new fridge, and all of its features. The only downfall is the handle for the freezer keeps coming undone when trying to open it. Waiting for the time when I am unable to put it back on.

I love this refrigerator! I can see all my food. Nothing is lost now. The finish is great too. Only drawback is that is a bit noisy at times

French Door Fridge-great so far

The fridge is loud compared to our prior Samsung French door fridge, but because we had so many problems with the old fridge and it really stopped cooling properly, we were excited to actually find this fridge in store and able to get delivery pretty soon after. Hearing the fridge every now and then we hear it and are happy to hear it, realizing that it's working properly. Sometimes it is mostly quiet. The doors seem to be a little heavier or not as easy to close. You can't just slam the door and expect that it will close every time. It requires more pushing to make sure it's properly closed. The only detractor of this fridge is the ice/water dispenser is very low on the fridge, for a tall person you'll be bending over a lot until you get used to it and know where it is without looking.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Slate is great

I like the slate color. Easy to clean. They used all the space inside the best they could with additional shelves in the doors, but have very little variety for shelf height. Both sides are the same adjustments. The bottom drawer in the refrigerator section is full size and jams up if you use one hand to close it. Be prepared to disassemble and remove all the doors to get it thru a 36” door.
