Nice refrigerator

Not too many advanced features but the alarm when the fridge or freezer is left open is nice. Wish this fridge was a little bigger or had a better layout to fit more things. This fridge came with our house.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Side bowed out and noisy

This unit came with the left side seriously bowed out and I am still trying to rectify this with GE. It is also a very noisy unit.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

A refrigerator that has been plugged in and is running may have an outward bow of about 3/8". We regret any inconvenience that or the noise may cause, and our Design team will be informed of your feedback for future review and development. We value your insight, as we always want to make sure we're aware of any possible issues.
Regarding the noise specifically, newer model refrigerators can be a bit louder than older models because of advances in technology and added features. If it may be useful for you, a description of sounds that are considered normal for this model is on page 42 of your manual.
If you think you may need to arrange for a service appointment for either issue, that department can be reached at 1-800-432-2737. An appointment can also be scheduled online at https://www.geappliances.com/ge/service-and-support/service.htm if needed.

Great if it worked

Unfortunately I only had this refrigerator for a few weeks and it started making noise and had ice build up.
