Good features, however some quality concerns

I think this is a good fridge, however I'd love it even more if the sides didn't bow at all after plugging it in. I feel like that's something a fridge shouldn't do. I'm not sure if it's because the metal is contracting due to the cold or what but right after we plugged it in it developed a slight wave in the left side and it doesn't look as straight. I felt the sides specifically too before installation because we had to get 2 of these fridges. The first fridge was completely leaning on the wall after delivery, and I have a level floor. The second fridge only got a slight wave in the left side after plugging it in and turning it on. It just seems like the kind of quality that was put into this product isn't as good as some of the other fridges that are out there. Great features but if the features are what is compromising the integrity/quality of the fridge, it might be best just to keep some of them off.
There is something missing though that I wish this fridge had, a display button to show you what the current internal temperature of the fridge is. There's only a feature to adjust the temperature, but doesn't display the current temperature anywhere. Turbo cool another great feature too that I wish timed out after the fridge caught up to the internal temperature it should be at (which is why I would want an internal temperature display as well).
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We use quality materials when creating our appliances and do take any concerns over the metal seriously; if this appointment is for your refrigerator, the technician should be able to review the matter and offer advice. We also regret that you are disappointed in the lack of a display for the current internal temperature. Love it except the noise

We love all the features, it is wonderful! Our only complaint is the noise. Just running, you can hear it in the living room from the kitchen.

Bad purchase? or blame covid?

Ice maker worked for 3 days, have to wait for tech and part bought 5 year maintenance plan.
Also french door had to be realigned.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The ice in the door is terrible. Give me back the refrigerator space. The configuration of the shelves in the fridge is terrible. And the handle for the freezer constantly falls off.

Spacious and convenient

I am very pleased with it. My only issues have been the doors and drawer not always closing properly, how the doors swing because of the weight of their contents and the ice cubes are always a bit wet because they are stored in a refrigerator area instead of the freezer.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Regarding the icemaker, it is meant to fill and begin producing ice once the temperature is at or below 15 degrees F in that area. We do regret you've had some trouble with the ice being not totally frozen - you may want to make sure the door is sealing properly to allow the area to remain cold enough. Beautiful refrigerator! I thought I might have a problem with ice since the icemaker is small, but I never have a problem with getting enough ice. I've had this refrigerator for a little over 2 years now. It stays perfectly cold. The freezer holds a lot! I also love the night light on it!
I would recommend this to a friend!
